As owner of Patriot Home Inspections I strive to give my clients that peace of mind they are looking for when making the biggest purchase of their lives. I have been in the construction industry for 40 years starting my career as a commercial drywall/metal stud carpenter. My progression through the industry took me to the management level as a Vice President of a medium size contractor for 13 years. I have spent the past 20 years working for general contractors in the Southern California area as both a field superintendent and a project manager. My project experience has ranged from Habit Burger, Chipotle, to Regal Entertainment theatres, Kaiser Permanente hospitals, Burlington Coat Factory, and Total Wine & More.
